How UC Journal Companion uses Universal Credit sources.
UC Journal Companion is an independent claimant-side preparation service. It uses approved public guidance to help keep its support grounded, but it is not DWP, Universal Credit or GOV.UK and it does not replace official guidance.
How sources are used
Claimant facts stay separate
Public guidance does not replace what actually happened to you. UCJC is designed to keep your confirmed facts separate from general guidance.
You stay in control
UCJC cannot access your Universal Credit account and cannot post to your journal. You decide what wording, if any, you use.
